A tragic accident claimed the life of a 21-year-old Brazilian woman during a rope jump in São Paulo. Staff reportedly failed to attach her safety rope before launching her from a 40-meter bridge. Shocking footage captured the moments before her fatal fall, showing the rope still on the platform as she plummeted into a rocky canyon.
