No presidential immunity for Trump in poll fraud case: US court

On Tuesday, a federal appeals court delivered a unanimous ruling stating that former President Donald Trump is not entitled to immunity from criminal charges pertaining to his actions aimed at overturning the results of the 2020 election. In a comprehensive 57-page decision, the three-judge panel expressed that they "cannot accept that the office of the Presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter.”
