Man beheads niece's lover, surrenders with severed head

In the East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh, a 22-year-old man, identified as Shibu Baishya, beheaded his niece's lover, 19-year-old Ajay Das. The chilling act occurred in the Ruskin area near the inter-state boundary with Assam.
