MP: Man seen in video urinating on tribal's face

A video of a man urinating on a tribal man's face while smoking a cigarette in MP's Sidhi went viral on Tuesday. Police have filed an FIR against Pravesh Shukla under the SC/ST Act. The CM said: "I have instructed the administration to arrest him and impose NSA."
