7 coaches derail near Cuttack, many injured

Several passengers sustained injuries after 7 coaches of Mumbai-Bhubaneswar Lokmanya Tilak Express train got derailed in Odisha's Cuttack on Thursday, officials said. The incident occurred around 7am when train no. 12879 hit the guard van of a goods train near Salagaon. Officials said there was heavy fog at the site but it was not clear what led to the accident.
